Kirk Bernard was born in Chicago and earned his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1979. He then continued his studies at UCSB, earning his law degree in 1980. He holds licenses to practice law in California and Washington and divides his time representing the clients of his west coast law offices.
